At Modal Veil, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We accept returns and exchanges according to the Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 181 of 2018) and our brand standards of care and hygiene.
Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Tags and labels are still attached.
The product is defective, incorrect, or not as described.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as undercaps or bandanas) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Return Process
Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp within the 14-day period.
Provide your order number and photos if the product is damaged or incorrect.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for pickup or return shipping.
After receiving the item, our team will inspect it within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color or product, this can be arranged based on availability.
Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Return Costs
If the item is faulty or sent incorrectly, we will cover the return cost.
If returning for personal preference, the customer will bear the return shipping fee.
Refund Exceptions
We cannot accept returns for:
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Discounted or promotional items unless defective.
